This weekend, I created a quilt binding calculator with my husband that's now on my blog's left sidebar (see it at http://www.wambers-whimsies.blogspot.com) and I'm currently trying to work on turning the calculator into an android application with my brother in law. I also brainstormed more calculators, but they haven't been made yet.
We went fishing at the river this week-end. It was a beautiful day on Sunday. We really enjoyed the time away.. :) I'd love to win this book.

My hubby worked the night shift all weekend...good money, but a little lonely for me. We did do grilled chicken and veg packets on the grill for lunch, but no parades or fireworks :(
i'm not in the US, so it wasn't a special weekend for me. I did however met some friends i haven't seen in a while and we went to a crafts fair that i had never been to, which i enjoyed very much. i didn't do any sewing because it was just way too hot (over 100)

This weekend we headed up to Northern AZ, I live in Southern AZ. We fished and got so sunburned we blistered. It was fun and the weather was amazing.
I took my daughter to a fourth of July picnic.
